Rosewood Community Health and Wellness Fair

Join us for Rosewood's 2nd annual Community Health and Wellness Fair in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month!
Several organizations and partners will be on site providing FREE health screenings and resource connection (see below for a list of available services and partners).

All fair participants can enter into a drawing to win a FREE 1 YEAR GYM MEMBERSHIP to Crunch Fitness on Division along with other raffle prizes!

Ceasar the No Drama Llama will also be visiting from 3-4:30pm for free hugs ♥

Translators will be provided in Spanish and Rohingya during the event. If you have a request for translation services please let us know ASAP. Translated flyers will be coming soon.

Light Massage
Rapid HIV Tests
PrEP Screening
Fitness demonstrations - learn workouts you can do in your own home!
Safe Prescription and Needle Disposal
Enrollments in Trimet's low-income fare
Depression, Anxiety, & PTSD screening
Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar Screening
SNAP & Oregon Health Plan Enrollment
Lead Testing for Children and Pregnant People
Resource Connection
